Job Description
Location: Dundigal, Hyderabad | Openings: 1 | Type: Full-time, on-site, 6 days a week
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 5-10 years in construction site store/inventory management
About the role: Manage receipt, storage, issue and reconciliation of construction materials and equipment at the project store, with no wastage or pilferage.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify materials against POs and delivery challans
- Maintain inward, outward and running-balance stock records
- Issue materials against approved indents and track consumption against BOQ
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement on reordering
- Ensure safe storage and handling
- Track returnable tools and equipment issued to contractors
- Prepare stock and consumption reports
Requirements:
- Familiarity with construction materials, BOQs and stock reconciliation
- Comfortable with stock registers and MS Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Telugu, Hindi and English
