Super Ma'am - Preschool Teacher | Chandanagar

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month depending on experience

We are a new preschool in Chandanagar, Hyderabad, looking for caring, enthusiastic and responsible Super Ma'am to join our team. The Super Ma'am will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and nurturing classroom environment while supporting the learning, development and day-to-day needs of young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned preschool classroom
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
• Create a warm, safe and engaging classroom environment.
• Support children's emotional, social, cognitive and physical development.
• Manage day-to-day classroom routines and activities.
• Work closely with the classroom caregiver/ayah and other teachers.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined well organized classroom through positive and age-appropriate methods.
• Work closely with Nannies to ensure children are appropriately supervised and cared for.
• Communicate professionally and appropriately with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress.
• Follow and implement the preschool's curriculum, processes and child-safety standards.
• Engage children through stories, music, art, activities, movement and other learning experiences
• Observe children's participation and development and maintain appropriate records.
• Follow all preschool safety, hygiene and child-protection procedures.
• Participate in training and follow Centre's operating procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality and a positive attitude at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working in daycare, preschool, kindergarten or early childhood education preferred.
• NTT / Montessori / ECCE / B.Ed or relevant qualification preferred.
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Warm, patient and genuinely comfortable working with young children.
• Energetic and willing to actively participate in classroom activities.
• Good classroom-management skills.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn and follow established processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other classroom staff

Preschool / daycare experience will be given preference.
