• Hire Pickers, Packers, Loaders, Unloaders, Warehouse Staff, and other frontline workers.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and walk-ins.
• Screen candidates and explain job requirements, salary, and benefits.
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
• ✅ RequirementsMinimum 0–2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Experience in blue-collar / logistics / warehouse hiring is mandatory.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to manage bulk hiring and meet joining targets.
