Job Description
Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Posting of all accounting-related entries i.e. Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Contra & Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
2. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements
3. Verification of bills, before accounting & releasing payment,
4. Preparation of the Aging Report for Receivable & Payable
5. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, PT & EPF
6. TDS receivable reconciliation as per 26As
7. Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
8. Prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports
9. Coordinate with HOD for preparation of monthly / yearly closings.
Required Skills / Abilities:
1. Excellent organizing abilities & Good Excel (V lookup, X lookup & Pivot Tabel)
2. Good understanding of financial reporting principles and practices
3. Good knowledge relevant computer software (e.g., Tally ERP9)
4. Good Linguistic Fluency in English, Hindi & Local Language
Education:
UG: B. Com in Any Specialization
PG: M. Com in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Finance
