Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our US Taxation team as US Tax Associates (International Voice Process). The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US-based clients over phone calls, assisting with tax-related queries, following up on pending tax documents and payments, and coordinating with the internal tax preparation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls with US-based clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding US tax preparation services.
- Follow up with clients for pending tax documents and required information.
- Make payment follow-up calls and assist clients with payment-related queries.
- Explain the tax preparation process and provide basic information to clients.
- Coordinate with the tax preparation team to ensure timely completion of client work.
- Maintain accurate client information, call records and follow-up details.
- Ensure proper communication and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily calling targets and performance metrics.
