Job Description
About the role
Contact & Meet homeowners, recommend the right rooftop solar system and close the sale with complete PM Surya
Ghar documentation.
Key responsibilities
1. Call the lead data secured by the company (from linemen, residents’ associations, co-residents and other
sources), qualify interest and book site visits.
2. Generate fresh leads from own sources – personal network, door-to-door in the assigned territory, local
shops and community groups.
3. Attend booked site visits; check roof space, shadow, sanctioned load and electricity bill.
4 Recommend a 3, 4 or 5 kW system and quote at the approved rate card.
5 Explain PM Surya Ghar subsidy, net-metering, bank loan options and savings clearly.
6. Close the sale and collect the advance; no discounts outside approved pricing.
7. Collect KYC, electricity bill and property papers, and complete PM Surya Ghar registration.
8. Update every lead’s status in the sales tracker the same day.
9. Ask satisfied customers for referrals.
Requirements
• 1–4 years in field sales (solar, telecom, insurance, durables, real estate); freshers with strong
communication skills considered.
• Fluent Telugu, working Hindi; comfortable with smartphone and WhatsApp.
• Own two-wheeler and valid licence.
Compensation package
Fixed salary ₹22,000 per month
Incentive ₹3,000 for every system you close
Travel allowance ₹5,000 per month
Phone allowance ₹500 per month
