Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confidentTelecaller to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain property projects, locations, pricing, and available options.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
Generate and qualify property leads.
Schedule site visits and appointments for interested customers.
Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Telugu Hindi and English.
Confident and persuasive communication style.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
Previous experience in real estate, telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
