• 📝 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection updates.
• 💬 Address customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
• 👥 Coordinate with team leaders and the collection team to improve recovery performance.
• 🔒 Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.
• ✅ Ensure ethical, respectful, and compliant debt recovery practices.
• 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Graduate, as per company requirements.
