1. Telecaller / Telecounsellor

Job Overview

As a Telecaller / Telecounsellor, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining our software training programs, and guiding them toward suitable courses and enrollment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact prospective students using the provided database and generated leads.

· Explain our software courses, training modules, benefits, and career opportunities.

· Understand students' career interests and provide appropriate course guidance.

· Counsel students about software career opportunities and job prospects.

· Convert interested leads into course enrollments.

· Follow up regularly with students who have shown interest.

· Handle leads generated through social media, Meta Ads, online campaigns, and other sources.

· Schedule and coordinate demo classes with students.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.

· Prepare and maintain daily call reports.

· Respond to student questions professionally and clearly.

· Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

Skills Required

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident and persuasive speaking ability.

· Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.

· Basic knowledge of software/IT courses is an advantage.

2. Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company's courses and services through various online channels, generating quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and supporting student enrollment through digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

· Conduct keyword research.

· Perform on-page SEO activities.

· Support link-building and off-page SEO activities.

· Monitor website rankings and SEO performance.

Social Media Marketing

· Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Create and publish engaging social media content.

· Monitor engagement, reach, and audience response.

Paid Advertising

· Create, manage, and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

· Track campaign performance and optimize advertisements for better results.

· Support lead-generation campaigns.

Content Marketing

· Create or coordinate blogs, website content, social media posts, and promotional materials.

· Develop content that attracts students and generates interest in IT courses.

Email Marketing

· Create email campaigns and newsletters.

· Manage student/customer communications through email.

Analytics & Reporting

· Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign performance.

· Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

· Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.

Lead Generation

· Generate qualified leads through SEO, social media, paid advertising, and other digital channels.

· Coordinate with the telecalling/counselling team to improve lead conversion.

Website & Content Management

· Make basic website content updates.

· Manage landing pages and website content.

· Coordinate with developers when technical changes are required.
