Telecaller – Job Description

Only Female Telecallers are required.

Position: Telecaller

Location: Mahankali Nagar, Kukatpally

Qualification: Minimum 10th Class Pass

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary: ₹7,000-₹8,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services/opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them accordingly.
• Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
• Handle customer objections professionally and politely.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up goals.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic English and/or Telugu communication
• Confident and polite manner
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
