Job Description

About the role

Call incoming solar enquiries, qualify interested homeowners and book site visits for the field

sales team. This is a technical sales support role: you understand the customer's roof, load and

bill and match them to the right solar system. It is not marketing or cold selling.

Key responsibilities

1 Call leads from ads, referrals, banks and colony camps promptly after they come in.

2 Qualify each lead: own house, roof space, monthly bill, sanctioned load, decision maker, loan

need.

3 Book site visits in the field executive's schedule and send WhatsApp confirmations to

customers.

4 Follow up with customers who have received a quote but not yet decided.

5 Record every call outcome and lead status in the sales tracker.

Requirements

• 0–2 years in telecalling or customer support; freshers welcome.

• Clear Telugu and Hindi; basic English.

• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.

Compensation package

Fixed salary ₹15,000 per month

Phone allowance ₹500 per month
