Job Role: Telecaller – Recovery & Collections

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Recovery Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will call customers from a provided database, convince them to clear their outstanding payments, and coordinate with our field team when necessary to ensure successful recovery.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 (Fixed)
• Average Incentives: ₹3,000+ per month (Performance-based)

• Attapur, Hyderabad

Core Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Call customers daily using the provided recovery database to remind them of overdue payments.
• Deal Closing & Recovery: Negotiate payment terms, convince customers to clear their dues, and secure immediate digital/online payments.
• Field Team Coordination: Schedule home or office visits for the field recovery team if the customer requests a cash pickup or requires face-to-face settlement.
• Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure promised payment dates are met.
• Data Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of call dispositions, customer responses, and payment statuses.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: 6 months to 2+ years of experience in tele-collections, recovery, or outbound tele-sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, patience, and the ability to handle stressful conversations professionally.
• Language: Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is highly preferred to speak with local customers.
