· Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

Infoshare Soft Solutions is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and motivated female candidates for the positions of Telecaller, Telecounsellor, and Tele Sales Manager.

The selected candidates will connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, explain our software training programs, provide career guidance, and help convert interested students into course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact prospective students through the provided database and generated leads.

· Explain software courses, training programs, course benefits, and career opportunities.

· Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses.

· Counsel students about software careers and job prospects.

· Convert interested leads into course enrollments.

· Follow up regularly with prospective students.

· Handle leads from social media, Meta Ads, online campaigns, and other sources.

· Schedule and coordinate demo classes.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.

· Prepare daily call reports.

· Respond to student queries professionally.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

Skills Required

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident and persuasive speaking ability.

· Fluency in Telugu and English preferred.

· Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.

· Basic knowledge of software and IT courses is an advantage.

· Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work toward targets.
