Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided database.
  • Explain Planet Green projects, including Dates County, project location, features, and pricing.
  • Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment interests.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule customer site visits.
  • Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve site visits and conversions.
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and maintain accurate information.
