Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining products or services, and scheduling appointments or site visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Explain company products, services, and project details to customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule customer appointments or site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Update customer information and call details in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer questions professionally and maintain good relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Required Skills and QualificationsGood communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
• Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
