Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage potential customers, generate leads, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, and promotional offers clearly.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-up calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update daily calling reports in CRM or Excel.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computers, and CRM applications.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups confidently.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
