Personal Loan & Credit Card

Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, interest rates, and applicable charges to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan or credit card products.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful applications.
• Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the application process.
• Collect and verify basic customer information required for processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and application status.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for application processing and approval.
• Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations.
• Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, loans, credit cards, or insurance will be preferred.
