Nex Arena is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, promoting our sports facilities, converting enquiries into bookings/memberships, and ensuring a great customer experience.
