Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Outbound Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining our financial products and driving leads toward conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customer's using provided lead lists.
- Pitch financial products, loan services tools clearly and convincingly.
- Identify customer needs, answer product-related questions, and handle minor objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly target metrics for call volumes and qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to schedule follow-up appointments or close deals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales(banking/fintech is a plus).
