• Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of telecallers/telesales executives.
• Assign daily calling targets and monitor team performance.
• Make sure the team achieves daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Monitor call quality, follow-ups, lead conversion and customer handling.
• Train and guide new and existing telecallers on calling techniques.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing leads.
• Maintain daily MIS/reports and share performance updates with management.
• Motivate the team and improve productivity and conversion rates.
• Track individual team members' performance and take corrective action when required.
• Ensure proper follow-up of all leads and maintain CRM/data records.
• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales, preferably with Team Leader experience.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and basic computer operations.
• Must have experience handling a team and achieving sales/calling targets.
• Should be target-oriented, confident and responsible.
• Candidates who can easily commute to S.R. Nagar or Kukatpally are preferred.
• Salary & Benefits₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
