Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining overseas education opportunities, generating leads, and supporting students throughout the initial counselling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
• Explain overseas education programs, universities, and admission processes.
• Understand student requirements and provide relevant information.
• Schedule counselling appointments with education counsellors.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records.
• Follow up regularly with interested students.
• Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Required Skills:

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
• Ability to meet targets and handle multiple leads.
• Overseas education experience is preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
