Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Study Abroad Consultancy team. The candidate will communicate with prospective students, understand their requirements, provide basic information, and coordinate with our Counselling Team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake calls to students who are interested in studying abroad.
  • Understand students' educational background, preferred country, course, budget, and intake.
  • Provide basic information about study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission procedures.
  • Explain the services offered by the consultancy.
  • Follow up with students regarding their enquiries.
  • Communicate with students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule counselling appointments with Admission Counsellors.
  • Maintain proper records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
  • Handle student queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Build a good relationship with students and parents.
  • Keep students informed about relevant admission updates and requirements
