📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Perform fitting, assembly, and maintenance work on machinery and mechanical components.
⚙️ Operate lathe machines for turning, facing, boring, and other machining operations.
📏 Measure components accurately using appropriate measuring tools and instruments.
🔩 Perform taper turning and other required machining operations as per specifications.
🛠️ Select and use suitable cutting, boring, and fitting tools for assigned jobs.
🔍 Inspect finished components for dimensions, fitment, and quality.
📦 Understand different materials and select suitable machining methods accordingly.
🧰 Maintain and properly handle tools, machines, and workshop equipment.
⚙️ Assist in machine assembly, repair, and modification work as required.
🦺 Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
