US Accounts Executive

We are currently hiring for the position of US Accounts Executive for our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift: US EST Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and manage consultant timesheets.
• Prepare and process client invoices using QuickBooks and JobDiva Financials.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare weekly AR reports and updates.
• Prepare payroll sheets based on approved consultant timesheets.
• Create and process vendor bills and invoices.
• Resolve timesheet, invoicing, payroll, and payment-related queries.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
• Required Skills3–6 years of relevant experience in US Accounting, US Staffing, or Consulting operations.
• Experience in invoicing, payroll, AR, timesheets, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, JobDiva, or similar accounting/staffing systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work from the office during the US night shift.
