Job Description

The candidate should be excellent/professional in English and very eager to learn the subject matter.

Retrieve and gather necessary documents from clients.

Submitting daily progress reports.

Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.

Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Organize and assign documents according to the established process flow.

Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests.

Address clients communication related to taxation for both new and existing clients.

Obtain client confirmation for the accurate and timely filing of their tax returns.
