Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Water Purifier Service Consultants. The role involves installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining water purifiers while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Install RO, UV, and UF water purifiers at customer locations.

- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other spare parts as required.

- Educate customers on product usage and maintenance.

- Maintain service records and submit daily reports.

- Follow company service standards and safety guidelines.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome.

- No minimum educational qualification required.

- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Prior experience in water purifier servicing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
