Accounts & Data Entry Team – Recruitment Requirement

We are looking for highly experienced and reliable professionals to strengthen our Accounts and Billing team in the electrical, industrial and automation business.

1. Senior Accountant / Accounts Professional

We require an experienced accountant who can independently handle the complete accounting and taxation portfolio, including:

• GST – GSTR-1, GSTR-2/2B reconciliation, GSTR-3B and related filings
• TDS and TCS compliance, calculation and returns
• Income Tax and other statutory compliances
• Complete accounting and ledger management
• Industry billing and electrical/industrial project billing
• Purchase and sales accounting
• GST reconciliation and compliance
• Government-related taxation and statutory requirements
• Regular monitoring of changes in GST, Income Tax and taxation rules
• Day-to-day accounting, compliance and financial reporting
• Coordination with CA, auditors, government departments and internal management whenever required

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of current GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS and taxation regulations, along with the ability to independently take responsibility for the company’s accounting system.

We are specifically looking for someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, responsible, trustworthy, loyal and committed to a long-term association. The person should be capable of taking ownership and developing a systematic, accurate and professional accounting environment within the company.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM — Non-negotiable

Bond: A 2-year compulsory employment bond must be signed at the time of joining the Accounts Team.

2. Data Entry / Billing Operator

We also require a dedicated Data Entry & Billing Operator who can efficiently manage:

• Sales and purchase billing
• Data entry and accounting-related documentation
• Invoice preparation
• Customer and vendor data management
• Billing coordination with the Accounts Team
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day office operations

The candidate should be accurate, disciplined, computer-savvy, reliable and responsible, with good attention to detail.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Bond: A 1-year compulsory employment bond must be signed at the time of joining.
