Profile - Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory Experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads)

About the Role - We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage digital campaigns, generate quality leads, and improve online brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation campaigns, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search Ads, Display Ads, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Manage and grow company social media platforms.
• Create and optimize campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide insights for improving marketing performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, paid advertising, and platform updates.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of social media marketing.
• Candidates from financial services, stock market advisory, brokerage,

or related industries will be preferred.

Qualification

• MBA / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate with relevant Digital Marketing experience.
• Location: Indore | Experience: 1–2 Years | Immediate Joiner Preferred
