Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to new leads or pitch products using scripts.
  • Answer inbound calls from buyers who want to buy or ask questions.
  • Handle objections and persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • Update the database with customer details and call notes.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales quotas.



Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or extra credits in business or marketing.
  • Good speaking and listening skills.
  • Patience and a positive attitude when facing rejections.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.
