Job Summary

Bhatia Mobile is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to manage sales operations across the Indore area, develop retailer and distributor relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand the company's market presence in mobile phones and accessories.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow sales across the assigned Indore territory.

2. Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.

3. Develop strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.

4. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

5. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and schemes.

7. Ensure effective implementation of company offers and promotional schemes.

8. Track daily sales, stock availability, collections, and outstanding payments.

9. Conduct regular market visits and review team performance.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

12. Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve sales-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in mobile phones and electronics.

- Strong knowledge of the Indore market and local retail network.

- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
