Sales Manager

We are looking for a smart, confident and experienced female candidate to manage showroom sales, customer interactions and franchisee-related communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing and benefits to customers.
• Manage day-to-day showroom sales activities.
• Handle franchisee enquiries and communicate with prospective franchise partners.
• Explain the franchise business model, products, pricing and process to potential franchisees.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and franchise prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and franchise partners.
• Handle customer and franchisee queries professionally.
• Maintain daily sales, enquiry and follow-up reports.
• Work towards achieving showroom sales and business development targets.
• Candidate Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, showroom handling, customer relationship management or business development.
• Experience in franchisee handling / franchise sales will be an added advantage.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of Computer, WhatsApp and Email.
• Smart, presentable, confident and responsible personality.
• Ability to independently handle customers and business enquiries.
