Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities –
  • Customer Relationship Executive (Stock Broking)Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle client queries related to Demat, Trading, and investments.
  • Assist with account opening and KYC documentation.
  • Provide support on stock market products and services.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-sell investment products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Bonds.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
