Role: Sales Executive (Telesales)
Job Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Provide accurate information about Mantraheal products and their benefits.
* Understand customer requirements and address their queries effectively.
* Convert inquiries into sales and process customer orders.
* Coordinate with customers throughout the order process until successful delivery.
* Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
* Prior telesales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Saturday
* For Full-Time : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
For Part-Time : 07:00 PM to 11:00 PM
* Sunday Fixed Off
Salary & Benefits:
* Fixed Salary:
For Full-Time : ₹12,000 per month
For Part-Time: ₹6,000 per month
