Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities –
- SalesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Identify customer requirements and understand their interest in stock market and financial services.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Convert interested leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update lead status in the CRM.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information to move the sales process forward.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant company products/services wherever applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Stay updated about company products, services, offers, and market-related information.
- Ensure all sales communication follows company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
