Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.

• Key Responsibilities - Prepare and manage invoices and billing records.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Handle debtors and creditors management.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Work with VLOOKUP and other advanced Excel functions.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts and transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and documentation.
• Required Skills - Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of invoice preparation and billing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Advanced Excel.
• Understanding of debtors, creditors, and account reconciliation.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
