As a Sales Counsellor, you won’t be pushing a product. You’ll be a career guide who listens, understands where someone wants to go, and shows them the path.

What you’ll do

• Speak with interested learners, understand their career goals, and recommend the right course
• Run counselling calls and video sessions with warm leads (no cold-calling grind)
• Guide students from enquiry to enrolment and handle their doubts and objections honestly
• Follow up consistently and maintain records in the CRM
• Hit monthly enrolment targets and keep improving your conversion rate

What we’re looking for

• Graduate in any stream (law, commerce, and arts backgrounds do well)
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English, both spoken and confident
• A good listener who can build trust quickly and explain things simply
• Self-driven and target-oriented, comfortable with a performance-linked pay structure
• Resilient: you see “no” as “not yet”
• Prior experience in edtech, counselling, or inside sales is a plus, but not required
