Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective clients/students regarding products, services, or programs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Convert leads into enrollments/sales through effective communication.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and follow-up records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Prior experience in education counseling
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
