Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Conversion & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, actively converting inbound and outreach leads into active clients.
  2. Financial Consultation & Engagement: Conduct persuasive consultations and tailored presentations to address client financial goals and overcome objections.
  3. Pipeline Management: Track, organize, and follow up with prospective clients through the conversion pipeline using structured communication channels.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client rapport from initial touchpoint through post conversion onboarding to ensure long-term client retention.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Graduates Can Apply: Open to graduates from any stream (Finance, Business, or Marketing backgrounds are an added advantage).
  2. Freshers Welcome: Tailored onboarding, sales training, and mentorship provided for candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
  3. Strong Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate pitch propositions clearly and close deals.
  4. Sales Orientation: High motivation to meet targets, with a natural flair for persuasion, negotiation, and lead qualification.
