Job Description
Hiring: CRM cum BDM – Female
📍 Location: Indore
💼 Experience: 1+ years in CRM/BDM, preferably in Architecture & Interior Design
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
👩 Gender: Female Candidates Only
- Key Responsibilities: Handle client relationships and follow-ups.
- Generate and convert business leads.
- Manage client queries and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve business development targets.
- Required Skills: Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and client-handling ability
- Confident, proactive & well-presented personality
- Good knowledge of CRM/BDM activities
- Experience in the Architecture & Interior industry preferred
