Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualization & Design: Translate client needs into innovative product designs and manufacturing processes using CAD/CAE software.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Build and rigorously test prototypes (e.g., stress, fatigue, usability) to validate designs and gather data.
  • Analysis & Iteration: Analyze test results, identify issues, and modify designs to improve functionality, cost, and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, marketing, and management teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records, generate reports, and present design progress to stakeholders.
  • Cost & Standards: Evaluate production costs, timelines, and ensure designs meet industry regulations and safety standards. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAE software, strong understanding of engineering principles, problem-solving, and complex calculations.
  • Soft Skills: Creativity, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
