Client Relationship Executive

A Telecalling cum Client Relationship Executive manages both outbound/inbound calls for sales and nurturing existing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include generating leads, resolving customer queries, promoting products, maintaining CRM records, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. 

Key Responsibilities

• Telecalling & Sales: Conducting outbound calls to prospects, introducing products/services, and converting leads into sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Handling inbound inquiries, addressing complaints, and fostering long-term relationships to boost retention.
• Query Resolution: Providing accurate information regarding products, pricing, and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed, updated records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales and service-level targets. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to persuade and influence customers.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
• Education/Experience: Usually, a high school diploma or degree is required, with prior experience in telesales or customer support being advantageous.
