Job Description

Job Title: Counsellor About the Role

VidhiK Shiksha is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Counsellor to guide students and learners regarding our legal education courses and programs.

  • Candidate Profile: Law background (LLB/LLM) preferred
  • OR minimum 2 years of experience as a Counsellor in a dedicated Coaching Institute / EdTech / Education Company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of student counselling and course guidance
  • Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
  • Target-oriented and confident in handling leads and follow-ups

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and prospective learners
  • Explain courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities
  • Handle incoming leads and regular follow-ups
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments
  • Maintain professional relationships with students
