Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close coordination with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges that arise during the development lifecycle. The engineer plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and maintaining alignment with project goals throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within and across teams to enhance productivity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using SAP technologies.
- Ability to configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
