Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle chats and calls using standard telecommunication scripts and guidelines.

·        Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.

·        Update interaction logs, candidate status, and customer records accurately in the internal CRM database.

·        Maintain high standard operational metrics: First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Quality Score.

·        Coordinate with team leads, recruitment coordinators, and support teams for escalated queries.

Key Requirements

·        Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) pass; Graduates preferred in any discipline.

·        Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience in Voice/BPO operations preferred.

·        Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local regional languages.

·        Skills: Basic computer literacy, active listening, problem-solving, and professional phone etiquette.

·        Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts / rotational week-offs as per operational requirements.
