About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can take ownership of our Meta Ads, social media platforms, content strategy, influencer marketing, and overall digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and sales.
• Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Manage company pages across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars, Reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Create content concepts, creative briefs, hooks, captions, and video scripts.
• Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers, UGC creators, doctors, and other collaborators.
• Handle influencer negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and campaign coordination.
• Coordinate product shoots, influencer shoots, UGC shoots, locations, talent, and production teams.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, agencies, influencers, and internal teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, leads, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop strategies to improve lead quality, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and marketing ROI.
• Track competitors, market trends, and emerging social media trends.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure proper lead utilization and conversion tracking.

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: 2–5 years preferred in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
• Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong practical experience in Meta Ads and lead generation will be preferred.
