### 📝 Job Description – काम क्या करना होगा?
* Market mein jaakar naye customers se milna aur unhe bank account ke baare mein batana.
* **Savings Account aur Current Account** open karwana.
* Shopkeepers, small business owners aur other customers ko account ke benefits samjhana.
* New customers find karna aur account opening ke liye leads generate karna.
* Customers ke documents collect karna aur KYC process mein help karna.
* Daily aur monthly account-opening targets achieve karna.
* Assigned area mein field visits karna aur customers ke saath good relationships maintain karna.
### ✅ Candidate Requirements
* Fresher aur experienced, dono candidates apply kar sakte hain.
* Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
* Communication skills achhi honi chahiye.
* Hindi aur local language aani chahiye.
* Customers se baat karne aur unhe convince karne ki ability honi chahiye.
* Field work aur market mein travelling karne ke liye ready hona chahiye.
