Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Source, screen & schedule candidates

• Conduct interviews & coordinate onboarding

• Maintain employee records & attendance

• Monitor employee performance & productivity

• Manage staff discipline & company policies

• Create positive work culture & motivation activities

• Resolve employee concerns professionally

• Organize training & team-building activities

• Manage joining, exit & documentation process

• Maintain HR reports & recruitment data

• Coordinate with management for workforce planning

• Build high-performing teams

• Improve employee retention

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication & leadership skills

• Experience in recruitment & team handling

• Good understanding of HR operations & employee management

• Professional personality with decision-making ability

• Ability to solve the problem and lead the department

• Minimum 1–3 Years Experience Preferred
