हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ – सहज हॉस्पिटल

जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन


सहज हॉस्पिटल में जिम्मेदार एवं मेहनती हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ की आवश्यकता है, जो हॉस्पिटल की साफ-सफाई, स्वच्छता एवं दैनिक ऑफिस/सपोर्ट कार्यों में सहयोग कर सके।


मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ


  • मरीजों के कमरे, वार्ड, OPD, कॉरिडोर, वॉशरूम, ऑफिस एवं सामान्य क्षेत्रों की साफ-सफाई एवं रखरखाव करना।
  • हॉस्पिटल के नियमों के अनुसार कचरे को एकत्र करना, अलग करना एवं उचित तरीके से निपटाना।
  • निर्धारित हॉस्पिटल क्षेत्रों में साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
  • मरीज के डिस्चार्ज, शिफ्टिंग या प्रक्रिया के बाद आवश्यकता अनुसार सफाई करना।
  • डॉक्टर, मैनेजमेंट, स्टाफ एवं विजिटर्स को चाय, पानी एवं रिफ्रेशमेंट देना।
  • फाइल, डॉक्यूमेंट, फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंटिंग एवं बेसिक ऑफिस कार्यों में सहयोग करना।
  • आवश्यकता अनुसार कुर्सी, टेबल, रूम, सामान एवं अन्य सामग्री व्यवस्थित करने में सहायता करना।
  • विभिन्न विभागों को सामान्य गैर-क्लिनिकल कार्यों एवं आवश्यक सपोर्ट में सहयोग करना।
  • पैंट्री एवं ऑफिस एरिया को साफ एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।
  • हॉस्पिटल के हाइजीन, सेफ्टी, अनुशासन एवं इंफेक्शन-कंट्रोल नियमों का पालन करना।
  • सुपरवाइजर/मैनेजमेंट द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य हाउसकीपिंग एवं ऑफिस सपोर्ट कार्य करना।


उम्मीदवार की योग्यता


  • फ्रेशर्स एवं अनुभवी दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
  • किसी विशेष शैक्षणिक योग्यता की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
  • हिंदी भाषा की सामान्य समझ होना पर्याप्त है।
  • मेहनती, समय के पाबंद, जिम्मेदार एवं अनुशासित उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
  • हॉस्पिटल/क्लिनिक/ऑफिस/होटल में पूर्व अनुभव एक अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
