About the Role
Vidhik is seeking a dynamic, target-oriented Tele Support & Lawyer Success Executive to connect with lawyers, drive user onboarding, and convert trial users into paid subscribers. This role bridges tele-sales, customer success, account management, and legal tech engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Follow up with inbound/outbound leads, explain platform features, overcome objections, and drive subscription sales to meet revenue targets.
- Lawyer Onboarding & Support: Guide new users through setup, resolve daily queries, encourage regular case creation, and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Subscription Management: Engage free/trial users, present subscription plans, articulate product value, and manage timely renewals.
- CRM Discipline: Record interaction details, update lead pipeline statuses accurately, and schedule timely follow-ups.
- Feedback & Retention: Gather user feedback, flag product issues to cross-functional teams (Product/Tech/Sales), and minimize customer churn.
Daily Work Routine
- Review priority leads and pipeline statuses each morning.
- Execute target outbound calls and address incoming user inquiries.
- Update CRM records immediately after every client interaction.
- Submit an end-of-day activity and conversion report.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: LL.B. degree mandatory.
- Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English with basic legal terminology knowledge.
- Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Attributes: Persuasive, resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling call volumes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to ₹20,000 / month (based on experience and communication skills).
- Incentives: Uncapped performance incentives linked to lead conversion, activated subscriptions, and revenue goals.
