Job Description

Loan Officer – Bharat Super Shop (BSS)Position: Loan OfficerDepartment: Bharat Super Shop (BSS)Reports To: Branch ManagerJob Type: Field / Outbound SalesAge: 18–32 YearsJob RoleAcquire new customers through market visits and lead generation.Promote BSS Overdraft and Retail Loan products.Achieve assigned sales, disbursement, and revenue targets.Build and maintain relationships with retailers and business customers.Conduct loan repayment follow-ups and collection activities.Ensure proper customer documentation and process compliance.Regularly visit assigned market/territory and identify new business opportunities.EligibilityQualification: 10th / PUC / Matriculation Pass.Experience: 0–2 years; Freshers can apply.Good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of Hindi, English, and local language.Own insured two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.Willingness to travel extensively and work in a target-oriented environment.Key SkillsCustomer Acquisition | Sales | Loan Sourcing | Collection | Relationship Management | Field Sales
